You will be a dynamic and engaging manager with excellent communication, management, leadership and coaching
skills and will have a commitment to delivering a high-quality service in line with YMCA values. You will play a central
role in the development of our youth programme and projects working closely within the Tollcross and surrounding
communities, as well as working with other key partners and networks to ensure we continue to play a major role in our
community, as well as working with other YMCAs.
