Breathe, stretch, and find your calm. Yoga at YMCA isn’t about being bendy. It’s about balance, confidence, and taking time for yourself. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our classes are a chance to relax your mind and strengthen your body in a friendly, welcoming space.

Stitch, chat, and create! Our sewing classes are more than just needles and thread. They’re a chance to pick up new skills, share ideas, and leave with something handmade (and a smile). Perfect for beginners and seasoned stitchers alike.
Kilmaurs Community Centre, Kilmaurs
When: Mondays, 10:00am–12:00pm

Unlock a new way to connect with the world! Our community-led language classes make learning fun, practical, and social. Whether you’re preparing for a holiday, keeping your brain sharp, or just love discovering new cultures, there’ll be a class for you.

Status: Tutor engaged; launching class based on community preference (Spanish/Italian/etc.).
Target start: November.
Move more, feel stronger, live better. Our fitness and wellbeing sessions are about finding joy in movement whether it’s a full workout, chair yoga, or building healthy habits. Inclusive, energising, and designed for every body.
