We pride ourselves in having a great team here at Tollcross YMCA. It’s encouraging that a significant number of our staff members began their careers here as volunteers and have made a very smooth transition into being fully fledged members of staff eager to serve the local community in anyway the can.

I started bringing my kids to toddlers several years ago .
I enjoyed it so much, I became a volunteer and eventually a permanent employee!
I absolutely love interacting with the kids and I am now in the process of becoming a teacher.
