A Rich Legacy of Service
During the world wars, the organization was pivotal in supporting communities, including the creation of the remembrance poppy, a lasting symbol of hope and remembrance. This rich legacy continues to inspire our efforts today as we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
Celebrating Volunteer Week
This week also coincides with Volunteer Week, a time to celebrate and recognize the invaluable contributions of our volunteers. Volunteers are the heart of YMCA Scotland, driving our mission forward with their dedication and passion. Their efforts make a significant difference, and we extend our deepest gratitude to each volunteer who has been part of our journey.
